- Prices for all items are not inclusive of postage.
Rough gauge for postage would be 50cents to $2 for standard mail
and about $2.50 for registered mail.

Registered mail is encouraged- meet-ups only done at pasir ris - no refunds - payments by POSB transfer/concealed cash. however, concealed cash at ur own risk. joyjems not liable for any mishaps that might occur - items will be sent upon receival of money - joyjems is not liable for any damages that might be caused during postage - we value originality so please do not make fake imitations of joyjems products - only one of each item has been made, but remakes are possible. However, it takes abt 3-5 days, as u have to give us time to make your creation there's a deposit of $2 for earrings, $5 for bracelets, and $10 for necklaces before we start to make ur product. After deposit have been made, please send a confirmation email with a detailed description of your desired item. If the finished product is still not to your liking, amendments will be made and afterwhich you will be charged accordingly. If the item is rejected, we will only be able to reimburse you half of your deposit. This is to cover the costs of the made products. Of course, our best is put in to make the product to your liking!
